There will be a raffle basket drawing, 50/50 boards and during one of the band breaks, the agency will present the Senior Citizen Hall of Fame and Helping Hands awards during a brief program. ![]() Probably the best known program is Meals on Wheels, where volunteers help the agency on a daily basis deliver over 700 meals every day in Lake County. The Council on Aging was established in 1972 and has provided programs and services that promote healthy aging in Lake County.
